I’ve been really impressed with the support I received from Antonella Frate throughout my tenancy. She has always been responsive, professional, and patient in handling any issues that came up. Most recently, she went above and beyond in helping me resolve a difficult matter with the landlord, and thanks to her persistence we reached a fair outcome.It makes such a difference to have an agent who communicates clearly, acts quickly, and genuinely cares about tenants as well as landlords.
