The immersion heater of our flat 1401 Bridgewater House, City Island, had to be changed in October 2025. We transferred the required fee by bank to the contractor twice because of some misunderstanding. Our Property Manager Paige Waller helped us to recover the excess sum sent to the contractor with great efficiency.
