We've encountered several issues with the flat during our tenancy, including problems with the shower and washing machine. Thankfully, our property manager Shaan Birk was extremely responsive and supportive throughout. She consistently followed up with contractors and kept us updated, ensuring that the necessary repairs were carried out as quickly as possible. We truly appreciated her reactivity and persistence, which made a real difference in our experience. We highly recommend her to any future tenants.

They will steal your money and be very unprofessional. They might be good to landlords but terrible to tenantsI am writing this review after almost a year of moving out and spending months trying to file a case with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme that I finally wonThe red flags started to appear from the very first days I moved in. (1) I asked the agent if the TV in the flat is part of the furnishings and she said Yes. Later when I arrived and it was not, she responded with “let me check if I ever promised that to you in writing”. MASSIVE red flag. (2) The hob in the kitchen basically did not work for the entire 14 months of my rental… only one did, if you did some tricks and used a certain pan. The technician even admitted that previous tenants complained about it as well but JLL agent basically tried to gaslight me all the way. I had to order in food for my entire duration, loads of money spent that they never offered to compensate for. (3) they lied saying i cannot extend the contract because the landlords family is moving in (i had just bought a place that needed a few more weeks). Later they requested multiple tenants to come see the flat which clearly meant they were lying and they think i am stupid. (4) at checkout they charged me for not deep cleaning the place but forgot to implement that same intentional fraud in the checkout report which clearly said “apartment was found to be professionally clean”. They also charged me 600£ for not changing 3 lightbulbs…. This one was the biggest blow to their credibility. I filed a case with the TDS and obviously got all my money back but it took months of back and forth. This was a flat in Chelsea in London. If their service in this neighborhood is trash, not sure what to expect from their services elsewhere. Absolutely do not recommend.
