I ordered two bathing suits of the same style but different sizes because I wasn't sure which one would fit. Both bathingsuits arrived in a timely manner. The quality of them is great. I requested to return the one that did not fit and was provided with several options for the return from Yomi. I was happy with the quick response and would recommend Retro Stage to my friends and family. Thank you
I sadly ordered my swimsuit a size too small but from what I have the quality seems very nice and the swimsuit itself seems well made. Ive contacted customer service about getting my swimsuit sized up and they have been super nice and thank you so much to yomi for being super helpful with the entire process
I love this website! Such a great resource for retro inspired fashion at affordable prices! I got the light green plaid halter 1930s one piece bathing suit and I love it! I do recommend using the size chart(the sizing is a little different than in America!). I also needed to reach out to customer service when I ordered something by mistake and Yomi who helped me was so responsive and helpful. I will be ordering from them often!
My experience has been so great, I saw the cutest swimsuit and knew I needed it! Unfortunately I got the wrong size but one of their customer service supporters Yomi, is doing a great job at leading me to get a new correct size, just for me!!
I LOVE their designs this is my second time buying from them and they have completely out done themselves, the customer service I have received for a dress exchange has been exemplary! I would especially like to thank Yomi for the wonderful well written quick replies finding easy efficient fixes to my exchange issue. And the entire Retro Stage service team for their assistance.
The items I received were perfect in quality, yet I had an issue with one being in completely the wrong size. However, it was easy to message Yomi on the customer service team in order to get this issue fixed. The company has been very helpful with my issue and I definitely will be recommending them to others.
I ordered a swim suit in April, i didn’t try it on right away and when I did I was a bit uncomfortable with the size, unfortunately it was past the 15 days to exchange But i thought i would contact customer care. Yomi was great and gave me my options and they are still willing to exchange the suit for the next size. I am very happy with the outcome of my request.
