I have ordered from Retro Stage in the past and always love their clothes. This time I learned that their customer service is also incredible! My romper didn’t fit and I asked about exchanging it. Yomi has been very helpful in getting it taken care of so that I can have the correct size. I highly recommend this company!!
High quality products, great selections, and helpful customer service people.I bought a very cute outfit last year for a special occasion. Loved it and got tons of compliments. I had been looking for a more Vintage looking bathing suit for a while when I came across Retro Stage’s impressive collection of vintage bathing suits and dresses. I ordered one item as I am a difficult fit, and also wanted to check the quality of the product before ordering more. I absolutely loved the design when I got it, just to find it was too big. I contacted the customer service to explain and asked if I could return and reorder the smaller size. Got a quick reply from Yomi at customer service, who was so helpful and generous about how to solve my case. I love when customer service are such great problem solvers! I got to ordner the new size at a reduced price and felt such a valued customer. There will definitely be new orders to make.
This is my 2nd order of swim wear. Love love love the selection of styles from days gone by. They flatter us full figured gals! I accidently ordered a small this time, I wish, but Retro is very quick and helpful in fixing my error. I am a life long custom!
This is just a Chinese company pretending to be American. The package is delivered by yanwen Logistics - and everything is full of Chinese stickers.There is no return info or order information in the package. The clothing has your typical temu quality.And contacting retro stage is useless - as they don’t reply.The size charts on their pages is also wrong. I trusted their «Eu size» and it was waaaaay too big.The Chinese thinks that their S is a EU L.Reply to retro-stage 9th of June:Thank you for replying to the review.
