I never did receive a tracking number in order to track my package. I wish I would have done my research and not ordered from here. I won an Instagram giveaway hosted by the company and got a really cute swimsuit. It looks just like the pictures on the site and arrived in perfect condition. I had to wait a while to receive my package, but customer service was consistently helpful throughout the shipping process. No complaints.
Complete SCAM ARTISTS!!! I ordered a dress & shoes from this company last year for my birthday. They shipped items separately- took over a month for shoes to arrive (which were WAY too big) & I never got the dress. I fought with them for WEEKS via email to try to get a replacement for the dress & to exchange the shoes. Got no help whatsoever! I literally threw away $100 & am still mad about it. They claim to have a warehouse in Los Angeles, but that’s total BS. Everything is made in China.
