This is the second time I've bought a swimsuit from retro stage and although the size this time wasn't what I needed both suits I've bought have been good quality and super cute! I plan on gifting the swimsuit that didn't fit me to a friend and I know she'll love it :)
The shipping was very fast! Unfortunately the size I ordered didn’t fit me but their customer service was fantastic! They were able to help me get the correct size re-ordered and have been so kind and easy to work with! The swim suit I ordered is absolutely stunning and very flattering! As a mom of two young children I was a little worried about wearing a two piece for the first time in 4 years but the high waisted bottoms offered plenty of coverage and tummy control to make me feel so confident when we go to the beach this summer! I am looking forward to ordering some dresses from the wide selection that they offer! Highly recommend this brand!
I recently ordered a Swim dress from Retro Stage and even though I accidentally chose the wrong size (which was completely on me since they are true to size), the entire experience turned out to be incredibly positive thanks to their amazing customer service—especially Yomi, who went above and beyond to help me! The item itself was gorgeous great quality, beautiful vintage design, and exactly as pictured. Even though it didn’t fit due to my mistake with sizing, I could tell it would have been perfect in the correct size.When I reached out for help, Yomi was the representative assigned to help and they were fantastic—super kind, responsive, and patient. They guided me through the return/exchange process with clear instructions and made sure everything went smoothly. It's rare these days to get such personalized, thoughtful support!My only small suggestion would be to maybe add a little more detail to the size guide (like stretch/give or how the fit runs) to help customers make a more accurate choice up front.Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and will definitely be ordering again—this time in the right size! One of my items was to small so I emailed customer service, Yomi got back to me promptly with several suggestions to fix my problem. I love that Retro-stage gave me options to fix the problem, so I could pick what worked best for me! Love my new swimsuit!!!
I ordered a swimsuit and it is beautiful. I love it. It does say in the front a little but it's designed for women with a fupa. It took about 5 weeks to get here and I was concerned that it wouldn't arrive on time for vacation. I contacted customer service and they got on top of the issue right away. They we very prompt in response to my emails. They assured me that if my swimsuit didn't arrive in time that they would do something to compensate me. I'm happy to say that it arrived two weeks before my trip. I love Retro Stage clothing.
I love Retro Stage! I ordered a swim suit for myself and it came with very quick shipping. I was extremely impressed. I had an issue with the size due to me selecting the wrong size on accident and I sent an email right away. I was sent a response on a weekend within hours. I was given many options to make it right. I will Def be using them again for future purchases.
Unfortunately, the swimsuit I ordered for my daughter didn't fit right. When initiating a return/exchange, I received great customer service from Yomi on the customer service team. She answered my inquiries promptly and went above and beyond to assist with the different exchange/return options available.
