The swimsuit I ordered was very cute and looked exactly like the pictures, but I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service and Yomi responded right away, she was very pleasant and helped me exchange for the correct size. Overall, a very positive experience.
When the swimsuit I ordered did not fit, I reached out to their customer service dept. to request a better size within the first few or second day of receiving it. Yomi, one of their agents, reached back out promptly and is currently helping me find the best and fastest solution.I’d recommend sizing up if you order their swimsuits based on the material, but they’ve got cute retro-styled options for such better prices than a lot of other vintage shops I’ve seen. Their website gives advance notice about how long it could take with shipping - mine took only 2 weeks - so order as early as possible if for some reason you are on a deadline for a specific item, especially if you might need an exchange. I reached out to Yomi in the late evening and received multiple, speedy, respectful and helpful responses, so it may be beneficial to consider a potentially different time zone. Based on my experience with the Return/Exchange department, specifically Yomi, the affordable pricing, style options, and website transparency, I’m giving 5 stars and would consider buying from them again. My items arrived quickly and even though they didn't send everything at once, the communication was great. You knew exactly what was coming when and what item was associated with which tracking number. I was pleasantly surprised at the shipping time. The quality of the items for the price is fair and the clothing, bathing suits, and shoes I received are so cute and I've already received compliments on my new outfits. Sizing recommendations were spot on. Very happy with my purchase and would purchase from this site again in the future.
