Great customer service

The products are exactly as advertised. Took a bit long to arrive (to germany) but that was due to customs regulations as it came from outside of the EU.There was a problem with my refund after I've returned a few items, but they immediately reacted and re-initiated it after I contacted them. Great customer service.
