I used the app to take an ebike. The ebike session couldn't finish because it couldn't find the location of the bike. I traveled for 40-60 minutes in different parking spots and I get notification that the bike isn't locked and I will get fined. Customer service doesn't work. I emailed them with evidence of the bike parking. And they sent me an answer that there was an issue with the bike. And I get a refund. But one hour of sitting outside in the cold. Stress and panic. Doesn't worth it. Use a taxi

Really bad technology

Really bad technology. The ride wouldn’t stop. I parked it in the required parking area and tried to end my ride. This did not work. I tried for 10 minutes and gave up absolutely rubbish.

Charge one thing for a fixed price fair…

Charge one thing for a fixed price fair then add 3 times the price onto it (30min ride when used 25mins and charged for hours) reported to the bank for a chargeback as Google also tracks the movement of it and the photos taken at the "one" park spot. Joke of a company wouldn't touch them again and used line and various others across the continent - these idiots aren't trusted in any way..... suppose that's why they are closing in on a 1/5 rating 🤢🤣🤣well done guys for being one of the worst rates companies in the world

Injury

The handlebars were twisted I couldn't right straight, and the seat wouldn't tighten. Injured my hand aswell. Wasted alot of time which ended up in me spending more time than I needed and now I got charged 1.20 because I stopped a bunch of times and went over my 20 minute budget

I took the bike out in Brussels for the first time. The app showed the bike had electric charge and once I set off, the bike’s charge was zero so I had to return it. They would not issue a refund. Use cheaper alternatives.

Killing the ride that is active for stopping, what?

Killing the ride that is active (being paid for) for “inactivity” (I stopped on the sidewalk to talk on my phone) and applying a fine immediately is NOT fine at all. There is virtually no customer service or support except a bot that is useless. This practice is predatory and grossly profiteering. I will be disputing all charges and absolutely cannot recommend this eScooter company. Use the competition, if you need the scoot.

Cut off power on busy road.

Today was the very first time using the bikes. Whilst signing up and setting up the bike was absolutely fine and got going ok. The area you can cycle in my town is very small. The major issue for me was as I was new to them I cycled outside the bikes zone in error. The bike beeped and then cut off the power. This was on a busy fast road going up a hill and left me extremely vulnerable. Unfortunately I had to turn around to get back into the area and cross this busy road to do so. Just really unsafe to cut the power like that, I appreciate why but think this is quite dangerous.

Awful experience throughout

Awful experience throughout. No parking spaces available for almost a mile around; broken feature to find a parking space (sends you to full ones, sends you further away than needed); map feature is poor; customer support is lacking.
