Doesn’t work at all

Doesn’t work at all, and when it does unlock the motors don’t work so it’s just a heavier bike that costs a lot

I’m tired of dott

I’m tired of dott, every year in Bristol the company taking over gets worse and worse, but wow is dott useless, half the time scooters are completely unfunctional whilst prices keep sky rocketing. They better sort it or else 😔

My account has been banned 3 times over…

My account has been banned 3 times over the course of a year for their software error in detecting the parking. Every time I have to take photos, prepare maps and send to the support to prove that the scooter was indeed parked at the right location, and they say, "Sorry, we've reactivated your account." But do you think people have the time to do that every time because your image detection software or GPS positioning has bugs?

Worst merger

Since TIER merged into Dott, it has been going down downand down. Limited parking areas. Slow App fulll of bugs. Worst merger ever

Quality is going down on bikes…

Quality is going down on bikes especially. Price is going up but most of bikes don't even work. Bristol is hilly, but i have to work harder than with normal bike to go up, and this morning 3 out of 4 bikes where faulty, I couldn't properly drive, and of course I was late for work. All bikes should be checked often, as a month ago it 50/50 now its 75/25. its getting ridiculous, in this rate after a month or two none of the bikes will be usable at all.

Awful

Awful. Unlocked 5 scooters/bikes before I could find a working one, which said it had full battery but died on me 4 minutes later. Walked to another, which worked ok but thewouldn't lock when I finished. I won't use again. Too much hassle.

Too much hassle

You have to micro manage every journey for fear of straying off your allowed route and worrying about where you can park too. I just wanted to scan and ride. The bus seems a much easier safer option and no fear of retrospective fines.

Bristol wants Voi back

Bristol has had Voi who were excellent, great service lots of scooters, always some on charge so a great service.Then Tier who were fine, they allowed you to reserve a scooter which was great.Dott. Is terrible. The scooters and bikes are broken, they promised they would install charging ports around the city, this has not happened. And the customer service is full of see you next Tuesdays. They are rude and incredibly slow, both at work and most likely in their daily lives. They have passes or they are extortionate and when, as they regularly do, fail to work as they said the pass is gone. It takes their customer service 15-20 minutes to respond for them to be rude to you.Bristol council need to ban this sham and bring back a respectable company
