Review Time
Terrible experience!! Just not fit for purpose. I had to take my e scooter back to where I had collected it from because it kept telling me no spaces available .and so then i had to walk back to my apartment at night alone in Tenerife. Certainly won't be using again. And as for the Ai chat bot!!.. again waste of time. Really wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.
Had to push the scooter most of the way and ride took 9 mins rather than 4 .......TBF most rides ok....this one bad.....offered 20 mins ride free ...no good cus I only use 5 mins and have been charged for 2 rides....when complain they gave me 1 more ride .....ok but not happy
