The guy I met at the shop was kind and…

The guy I met at the shop was kind and answered every question I asked respectfully. I appreciated that. He also explained how to use the Bike very simply. When I decided to no longer go for the basket, he immediately sent a refund. I think this is how customers should be treated so that they can feel encouraged to use the services of a company. The bike is actually a great bike to be honest!
