DO NOT RENT NOORD EBIKES.I rented a Noord e-bike and honestly, it’s been a very disappointing experience.They gave me an old, rusty bike with a weak battery that keeps turning off and a saddle that was already in bad condition when I received it. Now the saddle has completely broken, just a few days before my subscription ends on October 16.When I contacted customer service, they told me that I can only return or swap the bike once every 3 months for free — otherwise, I’d have to pay €50. So basically, they give you worn-out bikes and then expect you to pay to fix their own poor maintenance.It’s honestly crazy. The bikes are clearly not properly checked before being sent out, and the policy feels very unfair to customers. I would not recommend Noord to anyone unless they seriously improve their quality and support.
My experience over the past two to three days with the bike has been really pathetic. As a new user, this has left a lasting negative impression. I was expecting to receive a bike in good condition, but instead, I received one that has already run over 21,000 km. I could still accept that if it worked properly, but within two days, the brakes failed. While I was riding, the seat broke off and came out of its place - I narrowly escaped an accident.This shows that user safety is not even considered. The person who handed me such an old, unsafe bike clearly has no regard for the rider's safety. It was only because of my balance that I managed to save myself; otherwise, it could have resulted in a major accident - for which I'm sure no one would have taken accountability.I'm highly disappointed. Thank you - although I'm quite certain no one will actually read this.
Terrible experience, they gave me a damaged bicycle with damaged plastic chain teeth, I had to pay 50€ for the damage which I did not to, didn't swap my bike for new one as they promised, I don't know what to say, they just take your money but don't care about people.
