Got the bike fast, the bike is fast, safe and comfy, wish we could have an option to rent extra battery (would be very useful for food delivery).The price is awesome, I don't really have any problems with this service❤️

Great experience

From my experience I received the bike quickly and the process went smoothly. I was at work so I left my ID with a friend and it was arranged that way.I do daily commute to work 8+8km. I caught even a rainy day and the bike did very well. Also the bike I got was in very good condition. All things great so far, I do recommend.

Terrible experience

Terrible service and not the premium quality one would expect from a leasing Bike with a premium price. The batteries are never fully functional and if you ask for any replacement you always risk getting something even worse than what you had before. In my case: The charger of my bike broke and I asked for a replacement. The day it was supposed to be replaced I did not get a notification about a more accurate time frame (I was told there will be a more accurate time) so my wife missed the door bell and we were fined 50 euro. Ok, I can still live with that even though it still isn't exactly fair. Then, the next time, they came to give me a whole new set. Bike, battery and charger. Unfortunately the replacement I got was a lot worse than what I had, the saddle of the bike has ducktape and the battery seems very broken. If I turn on the bike, it works for 10 seconds before switching off. 26 euro a week for THIS??
