It’s my first time using noord but didn’t get the fresh bike it’s like more than 15k running bike and bikes paddle making some noice as well. My appointment was at 1 but waited outside 7 minutes more because staffs are on lunch break. Overall not very satisfied, if it’s possible to replace the bike and provide a fresh one it will be a great help.
I ve had the worst experience to date.Only yesterday I ve got the bike and it worked sort of fine until I reached my workplace. From there, even though nobody touched it, I could start the bike just fine, the battery is charged and still has a lot of juice, but the motor hasn t started.I tried resetting, restarting, I pushed all of the buttons that I saw on the bike, basically, but still, I had to fight it s weight and mine + the backpack After 10hrs of physical work, trust me, you do not wanna make a 25m trip in almost an hour, gasping all the way.Please contact me on my email address or give me a phone number to call, because I tried reaching out last night and didn t find anyone.
