How is the scheme works.I have ordered 4 tyres, paid 500 Euros. I received tracking number, after a week I see updates in my shipping. Delivery attempt failed and parcel is going back to supplier. Delivery service never contacted me, not by telephone, not by email. I wrote message to supplier, they replied after 4 days ( I must say this was their quickest reply) and said they will take care of. No reply from them. After 2 weeks I asked for refund. After 12 days I received invoice with statement Your order has been canceled for one of the following reasons :- This product is temporarily out of stock.- A problem was encountered while processing your order.- You have sent us a request to cancel your order.Because of this I had to pay them 50 euros, because it is my fault the tires were not delivered. So they deducted this money from my refund and instead of 500, send me 450. I just want to warn people not to make same mistake. Don’t trust them as you can pay for the tires which will never be delivered to you and refund you with 10% less amount of money you instantly paid.Very disappointing.
The tire was good, but one of the services that was listed as able to fit the tire, was not actually able to fit it. It was a sportsbike tire. No harm done, grabbed the tire and went elsewhere to get it mounted. Could have lived without the extra trip around town, i guess.
