Five stars fabulous customer service

Five stars despite being sent the wrong product…Ordered some Maxxis Aggressor tyres this week. They arrived promptly but they were the wrong spec and a slight downgrade from what I’d ordered.Haven’t dealt with RM Cycles before, and I’ll be honest, I initially thought “oh here we go, they’re trying to palm off some B grade stock”.Was surprised to receive a call this morning from Graham at RM Cycles. He immediately apologised for the error, and I’m delighted to report they’re sending the correct tyres out straight away.I can accept a mistake, we’re all human. But what fabulous customer service. They even sent another follow up email after the call.Thanks again RM Cycles, top work 🙌
