Very good service. Friendly, helpful staff. Communication was good. To say I live in Yorkshire and RM Cycles are situated in Kent the delivery estimates were spot on. This is my third cycle purchased from RM with no problems.I would recommend any cyclist to give RM Cycles a try.
Purchased a heavily discounted XC bike recently, which was a total bargain. Called 3-4 times to make pre-purchase enquiries on the model and every time delighted to have been met with an abundance of professional knowledge & advice. Thanks to both Josh’s and I think Tom was another excellent and very helpful member of the team. The workshop set up tubeless as requested. The bike arrived on the day requested. Could not fault the experience it was perfect from beginning to end.
