My order wasnt the biggest or most expensive ever ... Just a MOST stem for under a tenner on ebay ( great price btw ) The size sent out was 130mm not 120mm . I called the shop it was about 3.00 pm and spoke to Mike. He was so helpful he found the correct stem and said he'd get it posted out .Im expecting the stem to arrive in a few days it actually turned up the next day . So impressed with the customer service I felt the need to call the shop and thank them . It rare these days to find that level of customer service . So Well done RM Cycles . Im not that far from them in Kent so will take a trip over soon to thank them in person .
