Bought a 2025 Haibike ALLMTN 6 Men’s Alloy eMTB in Blue from RM Cycles. I was quite nervous as I’ve never spent that much money online before, but after speaking with the staff I was completely reassured. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process.When the bike arrived, we realised it didn’t come with the Kiox 300 display as we had initially thought. However, Mike at RM Cycles went above and beyond to sort things out and resolve the issue quickly and professionally.Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I’m very grateful and will definitely use RM Cycles again. Highly recommended.
Online bike purchase was trouble free. Email query was answered quickly before transaction concluded. Bike was well packaged and exactly as described online. Delivery was fast. No issuesI've not needed to get back in touch with any follow-up/post-delivery questions, as everything has gone smoothly.
I was let down by another supplier for a set of forks just before Christmas, so ordered from RM Cycles instead. I should have ordered from them in the first place. The order was placed too late to meet the 25th but when they came in on the first working day of 2026 the staff made every effort to fit them to my son’s bike. Very much appreciated and I would recommend RM cycles.
