I couldn’t believe the price of the bike, I’d been looking for one for a while and came across it online. It was ex display but immaculate condition. I was kept up to date via email and it arrived shortly after me placing the order online. It was really neatly packaged and easy to undo and slip on the front wheel. Would definitely order from them again even though I live no where near the store!
I bought a bicycle from RM Cycles. They were excellent from initial telephone call right through to when I collected the bike. I travelled from Derbyshire to pick up the bike, they offered me coffee as soon as I arrived. They give me a bike fit on the new bike making various adjustments to suit me. They then put the bike back on the stand and checked all the bolts, screws etc again to make sure there was nothing wrong. The bike was in their sale but I felt I was being treated no different than if I was buying a top of the range bike.I would definitely recommend RM CyclesDavid
Second time we’ve used RM now and both bikes have been amazing value. First was new at an incredible price, second was used and had every blemish photographed, so much so, we can’t find them! It really is a beautiful bike. Top tip though. If you find a bike you like listed by them on an auction site, it’s worth checking out what else they have on their website.
