I’ve been a consultant and faithful customer of Rodan & Fields since 2010. I used the products often, recommended them to many, and supported the brand wholeheartedly. What just happened has completely destroyed my trust.My last order was in August 2025 (I simply didn’t need one in September). When I tried to log in recently, I found my account had been deactivated. I got an email saying it was because I didn’t renew. I asked if I could renew or reactivate. Instead of help, I got a call asking why I didn’t renew. I explained I’d missed the renewal window and hadn’t been checking that email. When I asked what steps I could take to regain access, the rep offered nothing. She ignored that question and insisted the window (Aug 30‑Sept 30) was closed. No solution or other options. In frustration, I hung up.Fifteen years of loyalty means nothing if the company can just shut you out over a missed renewal without showing any willingness to find a way forward. It feels like being treated as disposable rather than valued.I’m also troubled by Rodan & Fields’ broader shift: the move from their MLM model to an affiliate program, announced in mid‑2024. This change eliminated downline commissions and restructured the consultant framework. There was no notice, and the company had previously stated they wouldn't go affiliate. Because of how I was treated, I’m done with this brand. I will not be buying or recommending anymore. I have also encouraged my family members who use their products to look elsewhere.Advice to others: Loyalty doesn’t protect you if policy trumps principle. Do business with brands that treat long‑time supporters with fairness, not indifference.
I’m not an MLM fan but I do love these products. One order lasts me all year. I don’t even subscribe because they want you to purchase every other month or something like that. But they truly are amazing and I truly enjoy them!
There was a settlement for the class action suit for the LASH BOOST, which ruined my lashes (which have yet to be the same, 2 years later) YET THE SUIT IS A JOKE Case No. CIVDS 1723435 Scherr vs Rodan and Fields is a lie, you can only use the voucher to purchase more R & F's products, which was so disturbing and a slap in the face thinking that I would use this companies products when one of them ruined my lashes.....why would anyone in their right mind use a company which as been sued for really bad product performance? I guess people have zero boundaries!!! I have found excellent products (much better) elsewhere and for less! What I'm saying is I've just lost the $250.00 reimbursement for the suit since I will never purchase any of R & F's products again!!!!
Products are good, but as far as I can tell not any better than any other brand. Used R+F for years, until I looked at what they were charging for shipping. $11.00+ to ship a 4.2 Ounce face scrub. I have my own business and am well aware of shipping costs, can easily be shipped Priority Mail Flat Rate for half that amount.
I really wish these people would stop bothering me already - every skincare blog I read, every skincare discussion, there're always some of these MLM sales people there posing as a member of the community. Stop it already, we know you're trying to sell this stuff, everyone can see through it. Don't try to pretend to be my friend and sympathize then try to get me to DM you. ughhhh
The absolute best skin care I have ever used. I had deep creases in my forehead before using Rodan and Fields and now they’re gone!! I also had stubborn brown spots from pregnancies and thanks to the products they’re gone too!! I highly recommend!
