There were minor issues with both, such as a dented case on one and a flat CMOS battery on the other, but overall it was a good experience. The 30-day warranty seems short for units that are expected to be fully checked, and a 3-month warranty would be more appropriate.
I contacted support to confirm if a specific CPU model could be used in the mini PCs offered. They assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, so I went ahead and ordered two mini PCs. Both arrived in excellent condition, function perfectly, and included the exact CPUs I requested. I was pleasantly surprised to find Samsung SSDs installed in both.
Unfortunately, the PC I ordered was faulty. Initially, it booted up and I loaded my personal files, but upon rebooting, it failed to start. I reported it and returned it without any issues (which was a positive). However, it was returned to me with the same problem. The machine booted up once, seemed fine, but the next time I restarted, it showed 'Hard Drive can't be found' — some sort of boot issue. I spent several hours trying to resolve the problems. I returned it again and requested a full refund. To their credit, the refund was issued quickly with a polite apology. The only positive part of my experience was the Customer Service — thank you for that. It’s disappointing, as I really wanted the issue resolved, but receiving it back with the same fault made me lose confidence in the company.
