I recently called Royal London's…

I recently called Royal London's customer helpline with some questions re a pension plan. I was fortunate to be dealt with by Samantha Butler. Sam was excellent. She was polite, friendly, provided clear and concise options and was extremely patient when I wanted to clarify certain things. With Sam's help we formed a plan, arranged a follow-up telephone appointment and now have everything sorted. Sam is a credit to her employer.
