Unnecessary delay

After my 1st email you requested that I complete an enquiry form which I duly did. You then came back and stated I had to complete a 1-off withdrawal form, again I did this. However my email made it perfectly clear I wanted to take a payment so why wasn’t the form sent to me in the 1st instance. Over a week was wasted. Once right form completed payment made promptly.
