I received a letter stating that I had authorized royal London to cancel my policy. I had not done this, it was infact an error on their part by not reading and understanding the information sent over by my solicitor. This has left me without cover and in a state of panic. I have them had to resend all my information and they may still cancel my policy through no fault of my own doing. This has caused unnecessary stress to myself.
Do not take out a policy with Royal London insurance they are a total con and do everything possible to avoid paying out on your insurance policy if anything happens to you! I paid a lot of money into this company and when I had a motorbike accident that wasn’t my fault they nulled my insurance. I became so sick I lost my business and my rented accommodation because I couldn’t work! Avoid this company like the plague..
