Hearing impairment

It was necessary to speak to someone regarding an inquiry I made but being hearing impaired it was more difficult. I was contacted by Paige throughout who was friendly, helpful and professional in email correspondence and when I decided to try a phone call which is usually a negative experience she was excellent in speaking exactly how was needed in order for me to hear and subsequently informed as to the decisions I needed to make.
