All of the Royal London Team were very patient, knowledgeable and very professional throughout the entire procedure. Contacted Royal London to increase my monthly pension payment.My first plus was that there were not lots of pre-recorded messages asking to me to select options, just queued for a while and then straight through to a consultant.My second plus was the consultant Alison, she was friendly and knowledgeable, I answered all her questions and my request was processed.A good experience from start to finish.
