What a lovely company!

What a lovely company!Really well organised company, great options, great website, excellent quality product, fast delivery.... and remarkable value for money!! All in all perfect! Ruby UK are on my favourite suppliers list and I will definitely be investing in an oak pergola soon!

Ordered on line had chat with someone on the phone told him size tipe of purgola i wanted he identified the one i had been looking at sent me a quote on line they helped when i ordered it any questions i just contacted them through the advert for Ruby sent texed message got a helpfull answere.

Gate arrived as promised within the…

Gate arrived as promised within the 7-10 day quoted time, delivered and left in a safe space even before I woke up. Quality of the finish of the gate is poor with very rough edges. The gate had to be reworked to fit the space of sizes given. I’m sure it’ll do the job - just not as straight forward as it could have been.
