One item in my cart has disappeared and not marked purchased although it does say sale pending on the item listing. Very, very confusing check out if you are doing multiple sales and if I had known I would not have added several things to my cart.
I have been shopping on RL for years..I find the items I like at a price I find reasonable..The sellers are great at communicating with me..and if for some reason I dont find the item suitable,they accept my returns with no issues..I check the new items daily...always something new and interesting..The format is very user friendly.
I'm super pleased with the purchase and extremely grateful for Mr. Cruz and Black Tulip! I ordered a book for a friend of mine who recently underwent some serious health issues. Mr. Cruz emailed me to let me know they not only included a note I'd requested. I purchased a stunning George Scheibler gilded age sterling and gilt serving spoon from Nancy Kaplan of “The Frame Lady” shop on Ruby Lane. It was such a pleasure doing business with Nancy. I received great communication via email regarding my purchase, and the spoon arrived very quickly. It was well packed and in excellent condition, along with a surprise gift inside.
