Ruby Lane is Run By Robots (do not use the site)

i purchased an item for over two thousand dollars on ruby lane. my first and last purchase via that website. the seller put the wrong shipping address on the package (overseas shipping) and refused to correct it. this was really bewildering, and made no sense. and may be some sort of a scam. the seller kept refusing to correct the address, even after we sent them 8 requests with our correct address noted. then the seller blatantly lied and stated that i had changed my address. this was utterly bizarre, and my correct address is on the paypal receipt, the ruby lane invoice, and also on my ruby lane account. ruby lane has no telephone number to discuss these serious matters and their customer service is nonexistent. ruby lane seems to deal with every dispute from a perspective that it was a two dollar item, and just sends meaningless emails that make no sense. we filed a better business bureau complaint, and ruby lane’s response there was utterly useless as well. we are now drafting a lawsuit, and have contacted our credit card company and paypal. ruby lane has no business as an online seller. this is by far the worst online shopping experience of my life. just a complete charade. p.s. i do not believe all these five star ratings for a website that has no telephone number.

Right after making a previous purchase I viewed this pair and decided to buy them as well as an emergency back up pair in case I lose one as they are all tiny and I can see how easy down the drain it could go! Arnold Jewelers was not into price offers but what they sell is fairly priced and shipping costs reasonable so I was not put off when they declined to negotiate. The shipment came quickly and beautifully packaged in a custom burgundy box, and inside their name in gold on the ribbon and look! What's this? Ah! An 'after dinner' mint! I have been happy with all my Ruby Lane experiences and can now add Sarah from ARNOLD JEWELERS to the list of successes!
