I bought a subscription but received no access. The free access is very restricted, and if you don't adjust the settings, it's just a waste of AI generation and 'credits'. I strongly advise against making a purchase. Consider using an alternative platform. I bought a full year, and still no access was granted.
Avoid at all costs! I tried this service and attempted to cancel my subscription within the appropriate timeframe, but they claim they can't locate my payment method and that I need to resolve this myself?! Extremely poor experience. I've escalated my complaint.
I wish I could rate it lower, but that's not an option. I used to be a premium member. To obtain an API key requires a higher subscription level, yet there's no clear information on what’s needed for using GET and POST. The provided curl is utterly useless. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I've canceled my entire subscription.

There's also no option to delete your payment details. Furthermore, I found that the service does not deliver any additional features as claimed in their pricing—no premium AI, no enhanced themes, everything remains basic. The app concept is promising, but the execution and customer support are lacking. I initiated a paid subscription for an ongoing project and selected a theme for multiple presentations. After a few weeks, I returned to find the theme I was using had vanished. Imagine starting a project only to find you can't continue because the service deactivated your theme. Not only did they remove the theme, but all my previously created presentations were altered to a different design. I managed to create a custom theme, but the image generation now lacks quality and takes too long. I contacted support about these changes affecting my work, but they confirmed the theme was deactivated and suggested a custom generation that proved unusable. After spending hours trying to design a new presentation, I was met with the response that the theme I mentioned never existed. I have proof of my previous conversation with support. Avoid this service at all costs.
The system is incredibly slow and confusing, cluttered with unnecessary elements and lacking clear logic or usability. Every task feels complicated and counterintuitive, making even simple actions frustrating. To top it off, you have to pay for a logo even with a premium plan—absolutely absurd for such a poorly designed platform.
This is a scam, stay away! They updated their service mid-subscription, introducing numerous bugs. I requested a partial refund for unused credits, but they refused. There are many bugs, and the designs generated are incorrect, requiring excessive manual adjustments for social media and presentations.
I just wasted an hour of my life. This app struggles with basic edits. I created three cards in A4 format, but it cuts off parts when exporting to PDF. I attempted to adjust the number of cards to fit, but not only could the app not handle it, it also altered the entire layout and added unwanted elements.
