This is not worth the money. The charger does not rapid charge as advertised. Also the cord to connect is much to short and thin so it disconnected from the charging port. I have had it for a year and it just suddenly stopped charging so I can't use it. I would recommend getting a better on that is not so flimsy.
I ordered a Rush Charge portable charger on April 25th. The tracking info says a label was created that day for shipping. Today is May 28th, and the shipping link still only says a label was created. I've paid for the charger, but it hasn't shipped over a month after I purchased it. The company has not replied to my emails to their customer service account.
I HAVE HAD NO REAL ISSUES WITH MY RUSH CHARGER TRIDENT. I THINK IT CHARGES QUICKER IF YOUR PHONE IS ON. MY ONLY ISSUE IS NO REPLY CONTACT TO MY EMAIL - DESPITE EMAILING 'TWICE' AGES AGO ! I SUGGESTED HAVING A LONGER 'CORD' SO PHONE CAN BE PLACED ON A TABLE, SOMETIMES IT HAS TO BE HUNG/DANGLING FROM A WALL SOCKET, WHICH DAMAGES THE CORD AND LEAVES WIRES EXPOSED.NOT PROFESSIONAL ...
I bought a 4 pack of the Rush Charge Comet for my kids as they are travelling overseas and I didn't want them to be caught out without battery. They have only been away 2 weeks and the Rush chargers are running out of battery before it can even charge their phones. I wanted to ensure that they would be safe in an emergency and if they were somewhere they couldn't charge their phone in their room or hostel. The Rush charge doesn't deliver what it promised and it is expensive for what it is. I have kept one for myself and it won't even charge and I have only used it once.It does not provide:• Up to 25 hours of talk time• Up to 18 hours of internet useIt goes flat before anything of the above is achieved.Don't waste your money.
Bought the 2 pack, gifted one and kept one for myself, charged my phone which was 24% and it only charged it to 76% and died. I bought these to use in the caravan but I will try once more if not back they go. Too expensive to not work how they are advertised.
The Rush chargers look great but how the charging part sits is really unstable and can be broken easily. Bad design, purchased 2 wouldn't buy more as I don't think they will last long. They just hang off the end of the iphone so you can't hold it.
This charger is a waste of money, and I'd like to return mine and get my money back. You don't know until you get it that you can't put it in your handbag to charge. How is that useful? Especially when travelling? I fully charged mine and it did not charge my phone quickly or for very long. I wish I'd thought to read reviews, but because it was Australian I thought it would be good.
I paid $150 for the 2 pack rushchargers. After fully charging them both for 3 or 4 hours until they had full battery I tested them on my ipad that was at 30% battery. The rushcharge charged it to 76% then died so I used the 2nd fully charged rushcharge and it took the ipad from 76% to 92% and then it died. A complete waste of money. Does not charge quickley either. These are basically a scam. Stick to the power bank with cord they are much better and last much longer after charging.
Promised quick to charge (hence 'Rush') & supposedly lasts 30hrs talk time???No. Not only does it take 3+hrs to charge the thing, it lasts 1/2hr when connected to the phone & doesn't charge it fully. Nothing Rush about it. Big Fat Scam. Also..it doesn't secure properly to the phone & has to be held on. At an exorbitant cost of $89..don't waste your money.
