Bad service

I have had problems receiving these products from day 1 I have ordered 6 got none then when I complained I got 5 (missing one) then they sent me a $30 credit for my troubles which I immediately used and I have yet to receive the replacement for the missing charger or the one purchased with the credit. I would advise NEVER ORDER THESE PRODUCTS EVER!

DEVICE WILL NOT CHARGE

When I received the device on 8/7/24 I plugged it in to get it fully charged then tried it out on my tablet and cell phone and it was OK. I didn't need to use it for the next several weeks but when I tested it with my cell phone in early September only the first blue light came on for just a couple seconds then went out. I tried charging it will all my cords several more times but still no charging so couldn't use it for my mid Sept trip. I've emailed SEVERAL reports of this to their email address on the LIMITED WARRANTY notice and according to the RUSH ASSIST+ notice included with the device I should have been contacted within two business days but to date have had NO response. I also posted on their website and left a phone message at 888-718-RUSH but haven't had ANY response at all. I first reported this issue well within the 60 day warranty period and fully expect to have this device eventually repaired or replaced. UPDATE: I FINALLY RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT DEVICE DIRECTLY FROM ASADEALS.COM ON OCT 30 AFTER HAVING A VERY PROMPT AND CURTIOUS RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO ME SO I AM NOW TOTALLY SATISFIED!!

I wanted to believe this is to good to be true and that is exactly what I found. Sorry but your product does not do what it says. Takes forever to charge every time and looses its charge faster than it takes to charge. So glad I didn't buy more than one.

Not worth the purchase the piece that fits into the phone breaks and then ur stuck with nothing.

Brand new and won’t charge!

I received a Rush Charge in a bundle through the Today show and it has not worked from day 1!!! I have tried to contact them via phone and email and have gotten no response. The unit will not charge at all - useless.

Fraudulent Company that steals hard working people’s money!

The only reason they got one star, was because, I had to before I could respond.I ordered a Rush Charger, paid $42.00 American for it. This was in May. Despite contacting them multiple times, I have not received the product, nor have they responded.This company has STOLEN my money. Do not and I repeat, do not purchase anything from these thieves.

Ordered this a while ago bad customer service.

Ordered this a while ago, after using a Rusk charger of a friend. Was impressed. However, despite my efforts to contact company via phone and email, they won’t answer my requests. They readily took my money, now I get no response.Ver
