Review Time
I bought this item while watching CBS Saturday Mornings due to advertising segment. The Rush Charger is trash. I tried numerous times to return immediately after purchasing due to faulty charging to where it took forever to charge then you have to wait for Rush to charge which also took forever. I stopped using this trash device pretty much as soon as I purchased it.
I need an auxiliary charge device for various Apple products, and it appeared the Rush Charge was idea. Purchased direct from their online website. It worked once; charged it fully and then nothing. The existing charge on the unit would not pass to the iphone because the iphone did not even register that a charger or cord was attached The passthrough charge was non-existent and the unit itself would not charge again, although one light does appear when plugged in no other indicator lights show that it's charged. Total disappointment, so I'm still looking for a reliable product.
This company is complete rubbish. The charger does not work the way it was advertised on CBS affiliate products. They should stop presenting this product. I tried to call customer service with no response 4 times. There is no accountability for their products. My charger does not hold the charge for more than a half hour at best and now it won't completely charge. This is a $39 dollar paperweight.
This is a pretty crappy product. On My first one the charging port broke after a few weeks. The second one worked only intermittently— sometimes it would charge if you fiddled enough with the connection. And the charge is not strong. Bottom line— there are much better products in the market. Don’t buy this one.
