I ordered a vest carrier and I made the mistake of ordering one too small so on that one when I received it finally it was a week late and took forever to get here and they sent it through USPS when I advise them of the situation they let me send it back but they paid for UPS to come to them then on February 12 they shipped my new one out with USPS again after I told them the problems I was having with delivery it was supposed to arrive on the 17th of February and it never came and it is now March 5 after speaking with them about five days ago they said they have to do an investigation and that could take another 10 days to figure that out and then another however long days to ship a new one and hopefully this time they’ll use UPS it’s been a terrible process
Love this carrier. It looks exactly like our uniform shirts. It's not tactical. I'm a paramedic so it's important we don't look like police on a lot of calls.The sizing chart needs to be addressed however. By the chart I should fit a med-short. I'm actually bought an xl reg and it fits perfectly.
These people are telling me I am only entitled to a store credit because the product is a replacement. The reason it is a replacement is because they lost my order l, and when I said I wanted a refund they had this person call me and tell me they could next day air it to me. Of course I agreed because it had been over two weeks since I ordered this product. But now I am stuck with this shit because they classified it as a replacement shipment.
