The service provided moving assistance for a long-distance relocation, which was a new experience for me. I worked with a moving broker who sourced the most economical options based on my research. My confidence in this choice grew significantly thanks to the movers selected by the service. They were responsive when I contacted them and provided clear answers. The movers were courteous, professional, and attentive. The delivery was prompt and executed with professionalism. Initially, you will receive an estimate and have three days to accept it. However, the final charge will be determined closer to the pickup date during a thorough review. I found it very helpful to communicate directly with the moving company.
I am truly grateful to the moving service and the broker who coordinated everything, especially to the team for their assistance with my relocation. I opted for a full packing service and a long-distance move from one state to another. Although the team arrived a bit later than I anticipated, they still completed everything on schedule. They packed all my belongings quickly and with great care—dishes, furniture, personal items, everything was handled well. The team was incredibly polite and friendly throughout the process, even while managing a heavy workload, and I could tell they were exhausted. The pickup was completely stress-free, which is what matters most. I highly recommend their services.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. They fail to inform you about hidden fees and do not adhere to the agreed pick-up dates. The representatives even challenge you with comments like, "What will you do without us?" and claim, "We are the best; if we can't assist you, no one can!" Additionally, they pressure their movers to obtain positive reviews from customers. Do not trust their estimates; they are misleading. If I could, I would rate them even lower than one star!
Big big thanks to Safe Ship and East West Moving for helping with my mother-in-law’s move from MA to NY!! Everything was kinda stressful before, but these guys made it soooo much easier. The team was super nice, always smiling, texting us about ETA, and just very chill to work with. All her stuff was packed really careful, nothing got damaged. And they didn’t just throw boxes inside and leave, they actually helped us place things where we asked. That was HUGE for us.
Honestly, one of the best moving experience we ever had (and we had a lot lol). Totally recommend them!!!

The representative and the team he sent were fantastic! They arrived promptly, were polite, and displayed professionalism throughout. We had no worries, and the price estimate remained consistent. There were no problems at all. The team truly exceeded expectations, especially when maneuvering a large couch through a tight hallway. I was seeking a quote for a small move but couldn't provide advance notice, which made it a last-minute situation. Although it didn't pan out, the representative was extremely professional and personable, doing his utmost to make it work. Unfortunately, like some past experiences, it wasn't meant to be. I want this review to acknowledge the representative's efforts, as he truly deserves recognition.
The movers provided excellent service at both locations. They adjusted their schedule to better meet my needs, which I truly appreciated. There were some pricing concerns with the shipping provider, but the representative was helpful in trying to resolve the issue.
As a broker, it is the responsibility of the service to manage effective pickup and storage (we had our items stored for 28 days) followed by delivery. 1) Pickup - The team did a decent job with wrapping, but the service fell short as we clearly communicated our requirements, yet the truck provided was insufficient, having to accommodate some items on the flat door of the vehicle. Thus, a larger truck was necessary for final delivery. 2) Delivery - The crew arrived at 9:00 PM, and I had to use my car lights to illuminate their truck (which was the same size as the pickup vehicle, indicating they must have crammed items in). After they departed at 11:30, we discovered that three boxes and a new power washer were missing, and several pieces of wrapped furniture were damaged—either during storage or loading. Overall, this service was certainly not worth the cost for the pickup, storage, and delivery.
