I will not use this moving service again as their performance was utterly unacceptable. There were numerous young representatives who contacted me multiple times, yet none managed to get anything right. The paperwork was excessive, and despite my repeated corrections regarding the list of items to be moved, they still attempted to charge me extra. I altered my moving dates, but they failed to update their records, and then tried to penalize me for not providing less than 24-hour notice when I had actually given a week's notice. This entire ordeal was marked by incompetence. I cannot recommend this service nor will I use them again; the experience was dreadful.

I cannot recommend this service at all. The initial representative provided a quote that seemed misleading. After assessing my home and reducing my belongings by about 50%, I was shocked to see the final quote nearly double just days before pickup. When I inquired about this discrepancy, given that I had less to move, I received no clear explanation. The second quote was accurate, which raises concerns about the initial one being inflated to secure my business. Additionally, I was told that while there was no guarantee, my items would likely arrive before the year's end. Now it's January 4, and I'm still without my belongings. Communication was another issue, as the movers assigned to me struggled with English, making the process frustrating. I was also never informed about items they wouldn't pack or that my belongings could be stored in a warehouse for over a week. After a week of silence, I learned my items were still in storage. When finally informed that my belongings would arrive on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, it’s now Sunday night and I still haven’t heard from the driver. I attribute these issues to the service for selecting the moving company.

The crew was on time, professional, careful, and friendly, even arriving a day early. My final box count was slightly higher than the estimate, resulting in a few hundred dollars more in charges, but that was manageable. Before charging me, the service called to ensure they had video and photographic proof of the overage, which I found impressive. I didn’t mind paying the extra; I was just impressed by their commitment to transparency. However, the drop-off experience was less than ideal. Mistakes occurred, but valuable lessons were learned. Nevertheless, the service truly had my back. Once I expressed any frustration, a dedicated team sprang into action to assess the situation, mediating between me and the moving company, always prioritizing my interests. They worked diligently to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Honestly, I’ve never had an experience like this before. They surpassed my expectations, communicated exceptionally well, and their honesty was refreshing. This company deserves all the praise it can get. While I don’t plan to move again soon, if I had to, I would choose this service again. They earned not just my business, but also my trust and respect, which is no small feat. The representatives took a risk by convincing me to stay, clearly knowing they could impress even the toughest customer.
