Review Time
I had a very disappointing experience at Føtex Husum on July 30th. I went to the bakery section at 18:55 to buy a cake. While I was still looking, I asked a staff member for assistance, and he rudely told me the section was closed — even though it was still before 19:00, the official closing time.When I pointed out there were still two minutes left, he showed me his phone and insisted it was already 19:00. He clearly just wanted to leave early — throwing trays around and refusing to help. Instead of showing basic courtesy, he argued with me and sent me to customer service. By the time I got there, the bakery was indeed closed.The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s completely unacceptable to deny service before closing time, especially when it would have taken just seconds to help. I left the store upset and disappointed. A simple act of kindness could have made a customer happy — instead, I was treated with rudeness and no regard at all.This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on Føtex. I hope management takes this seriously.
