I bought a phone using Samsung finances.I didn't receive the information (account, statements) to make paymentsNow I owe 143 USD more for the late payment fees.TDRCS (TD retail card services) says Samsung must have provided me with enough information to create my online account and make the payments.I told them that Samsung sells products they, Samsung Financing, are responsible for payment info, including the information to do it.Really bad experience.
Samsung finance ( Glow) Treating customers unfairly, poor customer service, website not working, destroy your credit records, unreachable phones, representative with bad attitude, never ever buy Samsung products again, that's my promise.
Samsung does not send notification emails of payment due dates or other events. Then claims they do without proof. All of this is so they can bill 40$ for late payment. This way they don't need to charge interest they can destroy your credit. Do not use.
Customer service, does not have any procedure to notify the customer, non-payment, only on monthly account statement, damaged my credit 98 points down, for a virtual card, I did not have any, email, message, call, signs of smoke, that my non-payment was past date, due to my auto payment being overdue... terrible customer notification service... total disappointment
Just the rating it deserves. Bad password change validations on website. Will take any password but wont log you in. So round robin password reset process. Cannot find record but no clue that you got to register first to be found. Debit card payments identified as Credit card payments and denied. Only call back service available. In the era where no one trusts call backs this is not reliable. Samsung as usual puts in place the system and does user testing on customers then take ages to iron things out leaving customer experience at low end as usual. Just reminds me of how the online ordering system and errors were a year back.

I ended up paying for a pair of headphones twice due to poor online account services. Because their website was so screwed up, I never received e statements and could not log on to make payments. When TD Bank finally sent a paper statement, I paid the amount IN FULL. Months later I received a $90 bill stating that a $5 dollar late fee had never been paid. Between the horrible website and the customer service, this was THEE worst finance company I have had the experience with. I am filing a complaint with my state's revenue office due to this experience.
Their system flipped my routing and account numbers; I got charged return fees for their system messing up. I called and was assured it was fixed and auto pay was running. Yeah, it was NOT. It tried to charge with the same messed up info, accruing more fees that should not exist! Now the account is not eligible for autopay when the issue is 100% on their end and they had been contacted over it previously. I would only recommend using their financing to people if you want a headache.
