Customer Service does not help. My booking incl downpayment was canceled by Sandy, one week after booking without an email or phone call. I discovered it almost a year later, when I was asking when I needed to pay the rest. Luckily I found another available place myself, because customer service did not help me at all. Total confusion and every department points towards another department...
I booked a house through the website and paid a deposit, and I received a reservation number. A week later they called me from Sandaya and said that there were no rooms and they were forced to cancel our reservation. They promised to return the deposit, but another week has passed and nothing has been returned yet. We planned to spend time with friends, they managed to buy a house and now we are in different places, the holiday is ruined!
i booked a vakantion home on 31/12/2023 to make sure i will get an early bird 20% discount. i paid with 20% discount, but when the camping site sent confirmation to me, the price has gone up without that discount. So what's the point of booking early? i am very upset, frustrated and disappointed. i have used sandaya.nl for my 5th vacation with Sandaya, none of this happened!
