Appalling service, first delivery got sent to the wrong place and they got me to fill out all the forms to Evri, then I called to request a replacement - explicitly saying it needed to be in discreet packaging as I don’t get my post direct it goes through my landlord first, the parcel not only took ages to arrive but they send it in branded packaging and when I called to complain and explain how uncomfortable a situation they put me in they accused me of lying! and made me send them photo evidence which I did. I said I wanted to speak to someone about the situation as they shouldn’t be promising discreet packaging if they cannot provide and was told nothing they can do about it as compensation have 10% off. Honestly I felt insulted, not only did I not get my parcel when needed but all the forms and paperwork they made me fill out and the awkward situation they put me in with my landlord was a nightmare and they compensate me by getting me to spend more money with them and risking it all happening again! Honestly wish I hadn’t bothered, the jumpsuit I got was alright but the lingerie set was a horrible itchy material and was really ill fitting so I’ll never wear it anyway. Waste of time and money EDIT: they say below they don’t offer discreet packaging but at time of purchase it was an option and I had someone verbally tell me on the phone twice it would be sent out in a plain bag
