Ended up with a so-called “VIP membership” without any clear explanation and with absolutely no indication of how expensive it would be. The lack of transparency is shocking, and the charges feel completely unexpected and unfair.Canceling is made intentionally difficult — instead of a simple option to end the subscription, you’re forced to call or chat online. It feels like a deliberate strategy to pressure customers into keeping a membership they never knowingly agreed to. It’s manipulative and incredibly frustrating.The entire experience reflects an unprofessional setup that misleads customers and prioritizes profit over honesty. The greed is obvious, and the whole process feels like a trap.Will never use this service again and strongly warn others to be cautious. very greedy company it's not the employees fault it's completely the OWNERS fault rihanna
While in general the outfits are cute, the sizes sell out too quickly for it to be useful. However, the worst part of the experience is the terrible subscription management process. YOU CANNOT EASILY CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION. You have to either start a chat or go on the phone. Both the chat and phone feature has had me waiting up to 30min at a time meaning it's so difficult to cancel.
I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel like it’s necessary on this occasion to warn people of the slightly suspicious activity from Savage X Fenty.This is the second time (this happened before and I cancelled but I recently thought I’d give them another try) where I have skipped the month on the website and still been charged. I immediately followed up and wanted a refund which one of the advisors swiftly took care of. However, after clearly requesting cancellation 5 TIMES within the hour long customer help chat (and a further 2 requests thereafter), I am now being ignored. I don’t like to sound like I’m exaggerating or sensationalising an experience but the tactics used by Savage X Fenty are extremely manipulative and purposefully vague for them to not complete a simple request to cancel a membership. It worries me that there are potentially more people who are being unknowingly charged or pressured into keeping a membership they no longer wish to have. This truly is concerning behaviour from a brand that supposedly cares about people and wants them to feel empowered.
I bought some items during a massive sale, and was not aware that I was signing myself up for monthly charges that I had to “skip” between the 1st and 5th of every month. This was never communicated to me and I am finding it extremely difficult to cancel this membership. Do not buy from here!! Terrible customer service and gives very fraudulent vibes. Disappointed is an understatement.
Waited over 3+ hours to get someone to respond over live chat or WhatsApp. Then when they did their responses even took up to one hour. They ignored my query and have not acknowledged it. No way to change personal data/banking details on your account but nobody available to assist me either. I thought for the price you’d get better.
