Items never delivered and customer service awful to try and fix - had to chase multiple times, refund still not received a month later. Signed up for a membership in error, not realising it's £50 a month - no refund available for this. Only fat sizes ever available. Worst place I've shopped ever.
Very vague details on their website, i had no idea I had signed up for monthly membership. Was charged £50 but you have to call them to cancel it. Thery cancelled straightaway and I managed to reverse the payment but it is a total scam. If you are a member, you can skip a month but you only have a small window of a few days if you remember! Underwear is not great quality.
I bought from Savage X Fenty once last month, and had no idea I was signed up for a membership. Nothing was clearly stated that the membership costs almost £50 a month. I only realized after my bank was charged today. There is no refund, and cancelling is only through phone or customer service. The whole process feels very misleading and frustrating. On top of that, the lingerie itself is just average quality.
Disgraceful tactics. My daughter was lured in with a tempting offer, only to be enrolled in a £50/month membership without clear warning. You can’t cancel the order once placed, and only then are you told about the recurring fee. It’s misleading, manipulative, and designed to catch people out. This kind of scheme is making money off unsuspecting customers. It’s not only disappointing it’s unethical.

they promoted a discount you have to agree to their “therms and conditions and a Rewards Membership” when buying somehting with this discount. Month later this membership means paying 50 euros every month only to unlock certain unclear advantages after ordering something with a minimum of 50 euros. Very misleading, very unclear. Would def not recommend this company and their obscure way of marketing
Do not shop I have no idea how I signed up for a membership they have taken £50 out my account two months in a row and this membership is also so difficult to cancel I have not even had an email confirmation saying I signed up for the membership or I would of cancelled straight away…
