So annoying just to start all u want is to give a look to the products they try to lur u straight away with discounts and ask u questions that r none of their business otherwise u can't see them, quality not that great, and when u purchase something from de site u get automatically on a monthly 50 pound subscription than no one minds to mencion to u until it shows on ur card, abs scammers
Update -[7th November 2025]:I have yet to receive a response to my emails from your team. Instead, I have received: 1. A reply from your sister company via their Trustpilot account, 2. A second update advising me to contact you, despite my review clearly including the dates I previously reached out, 3. A third Trustpilot update claiming that you’ve contacted me, when in fact you have not.This ongoing confusion and lack of direct communication is very concerning.Update – [6th November 2025]:Savage X Fenty replied here but accidentally signed the message as “Fabletics,” which shows the ongoing confusion and lack of proper support I’ve experienced.I’ve already emailed savage fenty support, twice (on 30th Oct and 2nd Nov) with no response. I’m in financial hardship, and this charge has caused genuine difficulty. I’ve raised the matter with my payment provider and plan to escalate it through the Consumer Ombudsman if not resolved urgently.I would appreciate a direct acknowledgment from the Savage X Fenty UK team confirming receipt of my refund request.Original review belowI’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Savage X Fenty. I contacted customer service on 30th October and followed up on 2nd November regarding a VIP membership charge I’ve been trying to get refunded. I haven’t received any response or acknowledgement at all — not even a confirmation that my emails were received.When I previously tried to cancel my membership, I was encouraged to stay with a £15 store credit, which felt misleading. My financial situation has since worsened, and I’m now facing financial hardship. This payment was taken from money I had budgeted for essential groceries, and the complete lack of support has been distressing.As a disabled consumer, I expect fair treatment and timely communication under UK consumer protection and accessibility regulations. Ignoring refund requests and failing to provide a clear way to cancel or resolve issues falls below expected standards of care and transparency.It’s disappointing to see a brand with such a high profile handle customers this way — particularly those who are open about their vulnerabilities and simply asking for fairness.
Easy shopping experience online, sometimes it can be difficult to get the size you want... I take this as a great sign that the products are great!! You just have to keep popping on to check restock! Can't wait for my new bits to arrive, based on the amazing product reviews x
Very frustrating. I have reached out to their customer support in their website, IG, phone call, WhatsApp chat…yet I haven’t recieved any response. They conveniently return the package they sent through evri for no reason and never bother to send or contact me for replacement. And it’s been a month of hundred dollars worth of lingeries. Avoid at all cost and thank me later
This is dubious. Avoid at all costs. I bought some items 'on sale' via instagram, unaware that by doing so, I had joined a VIP club and the same amount would be debited from my bank account the following month and every month until I cancelled. Deactivating an account is not only time consuming (it took over an hour) but frustrating as every response from them contains a plea to 'keep your VIP membership'. I am interested to see if I receive my refund.
The way this company operates is beyond questionable! They keep taking money from you, it's impossible to cancel the membership, always over 1 hour wait on their chat and phone. They allow you to 'skip' and not be charged each month between 1st and 5th, if you forget -which yo are bound to, they will take the money. They also charged my PayPal account which I never gave them authorisation to do, so they just keep finding new ways of taking your money without your permission. This is the last straw, I am reporting them!
