Really love the underwear and it’s fantastic that I can actually get pretty bras that fit me 32ff/34f/g depending on style of bra with size 10 - 12 bottoms now that I have been started on levothyroxine and lost 3.5 stone 🤨… not off my boobs though 🤣
I initiated a chat to deal with recurring unauthorized charges. I was initially quoted a 20-minute wait, which was extended and reset multiple times, forcing me to wait over 40 minutes for a live agent to connect.Because the wait was so long, I had to step away briefly, but was back at my device within two minutes of the agent connecting. To my astonishment, the agent had already disconnected the chat. The company expects customers to wait over 40 minutes, but cannot spare two minutes for the customer they finally connected with. This is a profound demonstration of disrespect and incompetence.The Predatory VIP ProgramThis service failure was related to a pattern of recurring unauthorized monthly charges. Despite actively attempting to skip the month on multiple occasions, I have been continuously charged the VIP fee. This system feels deliberately frustrating, designed to charge members even when they follow the rules.Final DemandsAfter years of membership and repeated billing issues, I am now demanding:A FULL REFUND for every unauthorized VIP charge incurred after I correctly attempted to skip the month.The IMMEDIATE and PERMANENT CANCELLATION of my VIP membership.I am deeply disappointed that a brand built by Rihanna operates with such poor customer support and manipulative business practices. Avoid the VIP program if you value your time and money.
This site is a total scam. When you place your first order, it signs you up to a membership scheme without informing you that there is a £50pm. You then have to call up to cancel it! It took me 2 hours to finally get it cancelled. Calls cutting out. No call backs. Online chat doesn't work. I have returned the products out of principle. Complete waste of time. The customer advisor tried to offer various things to keep me - I want nothing to do with this scammy company.
DO NOT TAKE OUT MEMBERSHIP , with this company ..impossible to cancel .. & increased the amount taking from my account from £50 a month to £60 !! .. I have tried several times with a phone calls and emails are not getting an answer from anyone .
I liked the style of mens longer leg and especially a longer fly. Buying 6 pairs ,3 dark brown,3 dark green. Few problems getting them delivered, but finally arrived in time for my holidays. Ordering my usual size, they looked good and fit perfectly.After a few low temp. washes they faded slightly, the fabric started to bobble,and they became baggy. Taking a long to dry naturally especially the elastic. They looked great new, but soon became uncomfortable to wear,with the legs riding up. Shame, but no longer wearable.
Please save yourself a lot of stress and do not buy anything from this company. After placing my initial order and agreeing to the initial membership charge to access the huge discounts, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel my membership. I was told not to do so as something 'might' go wrong with my order and was told instead to pause it for 3 months...In another review they claim to send an email reminding you to skip the month if you wish-in my experience this is not true as had I received this, I would not have inadvertently been charged again this month.When I contacted them today to request a refund of the charge made, it was very clear that staff are told to tell you absolutely anything to stop you cancelling the membership. This time they tried to stop me cancelling yet again saying that I would not be able to access any discounts to spend my rewards on. Unbelievable. I also pointed out that the reward was not visible in my account anyway and I had nothing to spend. This was not addressed-questions they do not want to answer are met with a random reply telling you how great their new products are and why not order yourself something nice-by this point the last thing you want to do is spend another penny with them,The company have been clever enough to create a model where they have a licence to print money, relying on the fact that people will forget to skip or in my case, be conned with the excuses they give you not to cancel.Please shop somewhere else-the products do look nice but are poor quality and the dye leaks from the majority of bras purchased. A very unpleasant experience.
