Review Time
I ordered earrings weeks in advance, but did not receive the earrings in time for my son’s wedding. If I do ever receive them, I will be returning them. No need for them now. Update: so even with a worst case of 15 days I would have received them in time for the wedding… but that did not happen. I ordered them 21 days before the wedding… plenty of time, but you did not get them to me with if the 7-15 days as promised.
I ordered two different style rings. However, three of one design and two of the other were delivered, for which I was charged. I was forced to return the additional rings for a refund. The rings were shipped from California. Howeverf, I was told I HAD to return them to an address in China, which cost me over $30.I have since become dubious about the quality of their merchandise and customer service and will not deal with this distributor again. Beware.
It’s hard to find AAAAA quality lab created colored gemstones. Most lab created gemstones sold on the internet are only AAA quality. I am pleased to announce that I received my AAAAA quality sterling silver with ruby and pink sapphire butterfly necklace from Syabling! I am so grateful because my fiance is going to love it!!! I was assured that my order would arrive within 7-15 days and it is now 21 days and the items have yet to leave the country of origin. I keep getting notices to just wait....... I have asked numerous times for updates and will inform my bank that the items have never been received and are asking for a refund to my account. This company;s customer service sucks and will never buy from them again.
