Customer service was exceptional I couldn’t believe that I was actually able to get a hold of someone through Instagram ! And they did not hit me with “this is just for marketing” they actually provided excellent customer service. The jewelry is beautiful same day that I received my package I put into another order it is so well made and gorgeous one of the necklace weights over 100 grams ☺️
I wanted to return my order (USD900+) and was advised no problem. The item then seemed to get "stuck" in Customs for 8 months! Finally returned to me for no real reason. I have since been trying to contact Sayabling for 5 months to return the goods AGAIN - no response to emails AT ALL.
Sayabling have used stock images stolen from an Australian Craft Jewelers page, advertising as if they Sayabling, were making and selling those rings. They have removed all other negative comments regarding the image theft & are trying to get me to remove my comment. I will not.
