I feel SBI is the worst bank in…

I feel SBI is the worst bank in India..be it any branch if at all there is any one staff who is humane!staffs have an attitude that no matter what who comes for help,customer do not need any sort of assistance!well no point blaming, Govt has given them full freedom to be as inhumane as possible and it's totally unquestionable...few sit out of the counter for assistance..God alone knows what their credentials are but they are a complete waste...they do not even know their job well...staffs keep pushing you from one counter to the other..worst of all managers treat you like crap till they need to beg a huge loan out of you!!!

I have an SBI ac in vaduthala branch Ernakulam,I raised my issues many times to the SBI staff in vaduthala but they are not responding,such an irresponsible SBI staff ,Staff never attend the call or reply

Airport Kolkata Branch worst behavior

They charged locker rent and yet denied us from using it. We went to close all our accounts and release the locker. They were irritated to even see our faces, did not explain the process.. asked my 72 yr old mother to go to different desks to sign...if I asked the purpose of the signature, the customer service guys were curt. They don't have any signage near the locker room saying no one is supposed to accompany even if they are elderly... I saw my mother struggling and asked if I can help and 2 employees almost verbally thundered on me. First they show bad replies and then if the customer reacts all employees gang up and say what a bad customer you are, you are shouting...One lady Supriya Roy said I was attacking her and called me mad. To this another male colleage said get out of the branch we don't need customers like you..we have other good customers. Obviously we dont have a hefty deposits so we are disposable customers now...very very disturbing... it is sad that while in private banks people take so much accountability, especially when senior citizens are involved, wheras in SBI if you even point out that your family member has issues with balancing, they pass comments like dont lecture us we also have old parents at home... I would recommend people to go to other banks instead of SBI..

Do NOT invest in FCNR B accounts with SBI India via SBI UK

I strongly advise against investing in FCNR (B) accounts with SBI India. You will find it difficult, if not impossible to recover your money. They ignore RBI rules and regulation and ignore account holders' instructions. For example, SBI UK advises customers to contact SBI India when things go wrong. Meanwhile SBI India does not respond to queries and is silent. So customers are left in limbo. It's an irresponsible, NASTY Bank and should not be allowed to sell FCNR (B) accounts to Customers.SBI boasts of being a global bank but this is eyewash. It use their branding to get more customers but when customers try to recover their money, SBI ignores these requests. SBI India and SBI UK brings a bad name to India.

I had the worst experience with the…

I had the worst experience with the bank. I have registered with some other number and want to change my number. I had filled all the necessary forms almost a month ago and still there has been no processing. Also it has been 6 months since my account opening still have not received the debit card or check book even after applying.i have to go every week to the bank still no updates. Worst experience
